0 stars. Do not recommend. My husband called Three Jays Onsite Repair for roadside service during blizzard conditions and below-zero wind chills. We were told 28 minutes, then 17 more minutes, then more delays and excuses. He waited over four hours in dangerous weather. No one ever showed up. After all that time, we were told it was “Sunday” and “too cold” and advised to cancel. If it’s too cold to do your job, do not advertise 24/7 emergency roadside service. This is Minnesota. Winter is not unexpected. The person providing ETA updates was texting from a Pennsylvania phone number, not a Minnesota number. There is no clear local MN address or business presence, which makes it obvious there was no local technician actually on the way and just dispatch messages and constantly changing time estimates. Unreliable, unprofessional, and unsafe. Leaving a driver stranded in a blizzard for hours is unacceptable. Truckers: if you need real emergency service in winter conditions, this is not a company you can rely on.
