Boost Your Listing: How Sponsored Placements Work on Trucking Service Solution

Boost puts your listing at the top of the right city and category lists for 7 or 30 days. Here is how Sponsored placements work, what they cost, and the honest refund promises that come with them.

Hundreds of people find Trucking Service Solution through Google every week, looking for a shop, a tire, a tow or a truck stop near where they are. If you run one of those businesses, Boost is a simple way to put your listing in front of more of them for a short while — paid once, for 7 or 30 days, with no subscription.

Here is exactly how it works, what it costs and the promises that come with it, so you can decide whether it is right for your shop.

What a Sponsored spot is

A Boost places your listing in a spot that is always clearly labelled “Sponsored”. It never pretends to be a normal result, and it always sits above our Featured (Platinum and Gold) listings, so for the length you choose your business is the first thing drivers see.

Two kinds of spot

There are two ways to boost, and you pick the one that fits:

  • Sponsored in a city — a card at the very top of your category’s list for your city. It shows on your city page, on your category list for that city, and when a driver searches for your city from the search box on our home page. Great when you want to own the top of, say, Truck Repair in Houston, TX.
  • Sponsored nearby — a small “Sponsored nearby” box that appears on other businesses’ listing pages in the same city and category. It is a gentle way to be seen by drivers who are already looking at a shop like yours. We never show it on your own page, and never on a Platinum business’s page.

Fair for everyone

We keep Boost fair so it stays useful:

  • Only a small number of sponsored businesses can share any one list at the same time.
  • When more businesses want the same spot than there is room, everyone takes turns: drivers searching in the same short time window all see the same cards, and the turn rotates so each sponsor gets a fair share of the attention.
  • A listing that is marked closed is never shown as a Sponsored spot.

One payment, nothing renews

Boost is a one-time payment for the length you choose — 7 days or 30 days. There is no subscription and nothing renews by itself; when the days are over, the spot simply ends and your listing goes back to normal. You pay by card on Stripe’s secure page (we never see your card number) and you get a receipt by e-mail. You can see the current prices for each option in the Boost section of our pricing page.

Honest, automatic refunds

Two promises protect your money:

  • If a list happens to be sold out at the exact moment your payment arrives, we refund you in full, automatically, and let you know — you are never charged for a spot you did not get.
  • If you booked a spot to start on a future date, you can cancel it for a full refund any time before it starts.

You can see what it did

Boost is not a black box. For every spot, we count how often it was seen and how often it was clicked, and we show those numbers on your Boost page. You can tell at a glance whether a boost was worth it before you book another.

How to buy a Boost

It takes about a minute:

  1. Log in and open your dashboard.
  2. Go to Boost.
  3. Pick the listing you want to promote, choose “in a city” or “nearby”, your category, and whether you want 7 or 30 days.
  4. Choose to start right after payment, or pick a date up to two months ahead.
  5. Check the summary and pay on the secure page. Your spot goes live within about ten minutes.

Boost is for listings you own — ones you manage or have added yourself. If your business is already listed but you do not manage it yet, managing it is free — and it unlocks Boost along with everything else in your dashboard.

Give your busiest week a lift

Boost is built for the moments that matter: a new location, a slow stretch you want to fill, or a season when the phone should be ringing. It is honest, clearly labelled, fairly shared, and you only ever pay once. See the current Boost prices, then open your dashboard and give your listing a lift.
