We check listings for dead websites and wrong phone numbers and fix what we find; from any listing page you can tell us if a business has closed, moved or opened again. Drivers can report a closed business from its page, and listings with a recorded update show when their information was last updated. Businesses we confirm as permanently closed are marked as closed, and duplicate listings are merged. Every report is checked before anything on the listing changes.

Use the search bar at the top of the homepage. Enter a service type and a city, ZIP, or state — the closest businesses come first. You can also browse by category or location from the main menu, or open a category page directly to see every provider in that service line. To narrow the list, use the Open Now, Mobile Service and Brand buttons above the results. To see the results on a map, tap Map at the right of the Showing results line: on a computer the map sits beside the list, on a phone it fills the screen and the List button brings the list back. Your filters stay on.

Each listing shows live business hours, phone numbers, and any emergency contact lines the provider has registered. Yes. Tap Save on any listing page. Without an account the saved shops stay in that browser; business members keep them in their account and see them under Saved.

Log in to your Dashboard: the Plan & payments box of each listing shows your plan, the next payment date and your invoices. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year until you cancel; for a yearly plan we e-mail you 30 days before it renews. Upgrades start at once and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period; a change to a cheaper plan starts at the end of the paid period. You can cancel any time from the same box — your extras stay until the end of the period you paid for and nothing more is charged. Payment is by card through Stripe; we never see your card number. A yearly plan can also be paid once with PayPal — it does not renew by itself; we e-mail you before it ends and you can renew with PayPal again or switch to card. The site is mobile-optimized and works in any browser — search, save, and call vendors directly from your phone, no install required. You can also add it to your home screen so it opens with one tap, full screen, like an app — free, nothing to download from an app store. On Android tap Install the app at the bottom of any page; on iPhone tap Share in Safari and choose Add to Home Screen.
